Course Information
This course will give you the technical qualifications you need to apply for various building licences through the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC).
This qualification reflects the role of building professionals who apply knowledge of structural principles, risk and financial management, estimating, preparing and administering building and construction contracts, selecting contractors, overseeing the work and its quality and managing construction work in building projects including residential and commercial businesses.

We are able to offer three delivery options to fit around your current work and family commitments – please choose from one of the three following options or a blend of all three. Participants must be committed to progress using these delivery options.
1. Virtual Classroom held each Monday and / or Tuesday evening 5.30 pm – 8.30 pm online with one of our experienced trainers.
2. Face to Face Training held each Wednesday and / or Thursday evening 5.30 pm – 8.30 pm at our Currumbin campus.
3. Self-paced online.
Choose one or a blend of all three.
Participants in this program are required to be currently employed in the construction industry and hold a Certificate III trade qualification or equivalent.
Participants must be committed to attending face-to-face masterclasses either at the Currumbin Campus or via Zoom Virtual Classroom.
