The BSB51415 Diploma of Project Management is ideal and applies to all industry sectors such as manufacturing, services, finance, etc. The course is aimed at both those aspiring to commence a project leadership or management role and those already working in a project role and who seek a qualification to consolidate their experience.
This course covers all the essential project skills and knowledge including how to manage project scope, time, quality, costs, staff (HR), procurement (contracts), communication, risk and project integration.
Upon completion, participants will possess a sound theoretical knowledge base and use a range of specialised, technical or managerial competencies to plan, carry out and evaluate the efforts of a team.

There are no entry requirements for this qualification. Participants do however need intermediate language, literacy, numeracy and computer skills.
Participants may possess substantial experience in a range of settings but seek to further develop their skills across a wide range of business functions.
On the other hand, it may also apply to those with little or no vocational experience, but who possess sound theoretical business skills and knowledge that they would like to develop in order to create further educational and employment opportunities.
