Earn while you learn! Completing an apprenticeship or traineeship involves paid on-the-job training, as well as formal study at a registered training organisation (RTO) like us.

VET in Schools (High School) Programs

These high school programs allow students in years 10, 11, 12 and senior high school to prepare for and start working towards apprenticeships while still in school or after year 12 graduation, giving them the advantage of gaining practical skills and industry exposure.

Short Courses

The Short Courses program provides funding to assist with upskilling and cross skilling existing workers in the building and construction industry.

Skill Recognition & Gap Training

Gold Coast Trades College can evaluate your already obtained knowledge and work/industry experience, and based on these, you can be eligible to receive a nationally recognised qualification.

Higher Qualifications

We aim to assist individuals in gaining the higher level skills required to secure employment or career advancement in priority industries or to transition into university.
