The BSB51915 Diploma of Leadership and Management can turn your management experience into a formal qualification or up skill you to get further ahead in your career.
The PPS Diploma of Leadership and Management Program is designed to assist managers and decision-makers in developing the skills and behaviours necessary to succeed as a leader at every level of the organisation.
The Diploma program is designed to be delivered ideally at the completion of the PPS Certificate IV in Leadership and Management Program. It builds on topics covered previously and allows participants to drill down on areas that relate specifically to their roles and team development needs. The face to face sessions are more workshop style and focus on the application of theory and making a genuine difference to the performance of both individuals and teams.
This course will help managers to create a work environment that encourages commitment, innovation and cooperation.
This flexible program allows a great deal of customisation in face-to-face sessions and utilises the PPS College Online Learning Platform to complete some assessment requirements in the participants’ own time.
PPS College can also deliver the Diploma of Leadership and Management as a standalone program for those that have not completed our Certificate IV in Leadership and Management Program, or as a Recognised Prior Learning (RPL) process.

- 4 elective units must be selected from Group A
- up to 4 may be additional units from Group A or Group B
- if not listed below, up to 2 electives may be from Diploma or above in the Business Services Training Package
- if not listed below, 1 elective unit may be from any currently endorsed Training Package or accredited course at a Diploma level.
Elective units must be relevant to the work environment and the qualification, maintain the integrity of the AQF alignment and contribute to a valid, industry-supported vocational outcome.
